Billing

Bento is a subscription-based platform.

Model

Our billing is based on the number of identified users, unique users with an email address, in your account. We calculate this rate daily and transparently show it in our billing portal.

Anonymous users, those without email addresses, are not charged.

All products and features inside Bento, including but not limited to, Broadcasts, Automation Flows, Transactional Emails, Forms, Popups, Spam API, Attribution and Analytics, A/B Testing, Integrations, Email Templates, and API Access.

What's Not Included

Web hosting, domain registration, and professional services.

Trial Period

We offer a 30-day free trial. A credit card is required upfront to start the trial.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation process is self-serve with no questions asked. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Annual Plans

Annual plans are available upon request. These may come with potential discounts.

Team Members

There is no extra charge for additional users or agents on your account.
