Identified users can receive emails, be added to Flows, and are tracked across multiple devices. For example, when someone fills out a form on your site with their email, they transition from a visitor to an identified user in our system.
This is the key metric to focus on. Remember, you can have an unlimited number of visitors!
Multi-Device Tracking
Wouldn't it be great to track your users across all their devices? Our platform does exactly that. As users log into your site on different devices, click email links, or fill out forms, we automatically link their devices together. We also ensure profiles aren't incorrectly merged (e.g. if two people share a computer).
Imagine a user signs up on their phone, then later visits from their laptop. We'll know it's the same person and combine their activity.
User Attributes and Associations
